Booking Policy:

Thank you for considering booking with us! To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we have established the following policies for our clients to understand.

1. All Updates are POSTED to Social Media- Instagram @Bobbie.Stylez and Facebook- Bobbie Stylez

2. Social Media and Picture/Video Requirement:

Before booking, we kindly request that you provide us with your social media information and a full picture or video of your head only. This will help us better understand your hair type and style preferences.

3. Bobbie Stylez Mobile Fee: This fee applies to all clients. Looking for a house call? I will come to you! Travel fee for DC, MD (including Baltimore), VA flat rate of $50.

   Booking Fees:

Please be mindful of any applicable booking fees. The correct fees will be applied to your total if not applied correctly.

4. Same-Day and Squeeze-in Booking: We accept same-day bookings online. For same-day bookings, we will do our best to accommodate you by squeezing you in. (if we can)

5. Longer/Fuller Hair: If your hair passes your shoulders and is thicker than average, there may be an additional fee for the extra time and effort required.

6. Detangle Fee: If your hair is severely tangled or matted, a detangle fee may be applied to cover the extra time and effort required to prepare your hair for styling.

7. Take Out Fee: If you require us to remove any existing extensions or braids before your appointment, a takeout fee will be applied.

8. Consultation Fee: For all new clients, there will be a one-time consultation fee to discuss your desired style, assess your hair, and make recommendations.

Deposit Policies:

Effective immediately (since February 8, 2024), all appointments with Bobbie Stylez will be strictly by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Prepayment will be required at the time of booking through StyleSeat, Cash app or Apple Pay payments. Please note that deposits are no longer accepted. To ensure smooth operations, kindly communicate promptly regarding your appointment. Failure to acknowledge confirmation or lack of communication may result in cancellation. Failure to pay in full within 2 hours of receiving a payment request will result in cancellation without exception.

Loc Extensions:

- For loc extension clients, the deposit will be based on the loc extension bundle price, which is determined by the length, size, and amount of locs required. Your remaining balance will be due once your locs are completed. You have the option to pay-in full or split payment.

Late Fee and Grace Period:

- You are allowed a 10-minute grace period.

- If we start your appointment 11-12 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, a $50 late fee will be charged. Please communicate any delays or issues in advance. I am mobile appointment times must not exceed the time booked.

- You may reschedule your appointment one time with the same deposit if you are unable to make your original appointment. Please contact us to arrange a new date and time.

No-Show Policy:

- If you fail to successfully accommodate your appointment without prior notice, you will be banned from booking future appointments until your no-show fee is paid. (please do not book if you will not be ready, home, or in a secure place to service you)
